A warrant was issued for Johnte Fitzhugh, of Washington DC, after police in West Virginia were notified he was believed to have kidnapped a family member on Monday, Sept. 19, the US Marshals tell Daily Voice.
Fitzhugh was found the following day at his home on in the 100 block of Wayne Place in Washington DC the following day, and the child found shortly after, officials said.
It wasn't immediately clear if the child belonged to Fitzhugh, who is a father himself, according to social media.
